House Republicans lambasted private elite colleges and some state flagship universities for how they’ve handled pro-Palestinian protests in a new report in which they argue that antisemitism has engulfed college campuses and administrators prioritized “terrorist sympathizers” over the Jewish community. For the second time in three months, U.S. District Judge Richard Stearns, nominated by President Clinton, greenlit a lawsuit alleging the Ivy League school allowed unchecked antisemitism against students, while dismissing retaliation and "direct discrimination" claims. "This is a huge win for Jewish students, both at Harvard and across the country," with Stearns paving the way for legal discovery that further opens Harvard to scrutiny, said Brandeis Center chairman Kenneth Marcus, who served as the director of the Education Department's Office for Civil Rights in the first Trump administration. The University of Oregon has placed Leonard Serrato, assistant director of fraternity and sorority life, on administrative leave after he posted an unhinged expletive-laced video to Instagram where he told supporters of President-Elect Donald Trump to jump off a bridge. Read the story here.

The report, which details the findings of a yearlong investigation led by the House Committee on Education and the Workforce Chairwoman Virginia Foxx (R-NC), found that antisemitism overtook college campuses over the last year and resulted in school administrators placing “the wants of terrorist sympathizers over the safety of Jewish students, faculty, and staff.” Read more here

Mount Holyoke College Tightens Noose on Transgender Transgressions
This fall, Mount Holyoke requires faculty to report “misgendering, deadnaming,” or using incorrect pronouns for individuals on campus. Astonishingly, faculty must also report anyone making fun of the college’s pronoun policy. Read the story here.
It’s All About Equity, Don’t You Know
A bill currently being considered in the Illinois legislature would grant public colleges and universities thousands of taxpayer dollars for every student they admit who belongs to certain minority groups - $6,000 per each black or American Indian student they accept, $4,000 per Hispanic student, and $0 for white and Asian students. Students Flee, Employees Injured, Classes Canceled, Building Trashed
A large contingent of anti-Israel protesters took over a campus building at Pomona College forcing some classes to shut down or relocate and prompting some students to flee through open windows. At least five employees have been injured recently by anti-Israel protesters in two separate demonstrations at Pomona and Harvey Mudd colleges. Read about it here.
UC Irvine Anti-Israel Activists Face Charges, Including Refusal to Disperse, Resisting Arrest
A chaotic May 15th protest at UC Irvine resulted in almost 50 demonstrators getting arrested. Two were faculty members. The prosecutor said that ‘criminal activity which transcends peaceful assembly will not be tolerated. ... my prosecutors are continuing to review evidence against the remaining 40 arrestees.’ Read more here.
Anti-Israel Vandalize Harvard University Campus – Communist Thug Pays Legal Fees
Anti-Israel vandals smashed windows and poured red paint on a statue on Harvard University's campus following the one-year anniversary of Hamas's Oct. 7 terrorist attack. Fergie Chambers, a communist trust fund baby, bankrolled the vandals’ legal fees. "We need to start making people who support Israel actually afraid to go out in public," Chambers said in November. "We need to make all of white America afraid that everything they have stolen is going to be burned to the ground. That’s what makes them listen."
